2. Description of Service

SwiftShare provides a file transfer service that allows users to upload, share, and download files. We offer both free and premium (Pro) subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SwiftShare to:

• Upload, share, or distribute illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Share content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

5. Service Plans

Free Plan

• Maximum file size: 2GB
• File storage duration: 1, 3, or 7 days
• Basic features

Pro Plan (€2.99/month)

• Maximum file size: 15GB
• File storage duration: up to 30 days
• Password protection for transfers
• Priority support

6. Payment and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. File Storage and Deletion

Files are automatically deleted after the expiration period you select. We are not responsible for any data loss. You should maintain your own backups of important files.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of files you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your files for the purpose of providing the service. The SwiftShare name, logo, and service are our intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

SwiftShare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your files
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SwiftShare harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your files will be deleted.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
